盾构施工长距离斜井数字化远程监控系统

Digital remote monitoring system for long inclined shaft constructed by shield method

  • 摘要: 以新街台格庙矿区长距离斜井工程为背景,从设计原则、功能设计及现场实施方案等方面介绍了盾构施工长距离斜井数字化远程监控系统的构建。该系统可实现对盾构设备运行状态和参数、盾构施工过程、深部斜井复杂场体形态、拼装式管片结构力学形态等的远程监控。

     

    Abstract: A digital remote monitoring system for long inclined shaft constructed by shield method was introduced from aspects of design principle, function and field application scheme taking long inclined shaft project of Xinjie Taigemiao coal mine as an example. The system can realize remote monitoring of running state and parameter of shield devices, shield construction process, complex field morphology of deep inclined shaft, mechanical form of assembling type pipe structure, etc.
