矿山辅助运输车辆磷酸铁锂动力电源系统

LiFeO4 battery power supply system for mine auxiliary transportation vehicle

  • 摘要: 针对目前国内矿山辅助运输车辆采用的铅酸蓄电池动力源存在循环寿命短、维护成本高等问题,提出将磷酸铁锂离子电池应用到矿山车辆上。通过分析单体电池容量及内阻对锂离子电池单体特性不一致性的影响,研究了锂离子电池成组特性;并根据国家相关煤安标准,自主研发了适用于矿山辅助运输车辆的磷酸铁锂动力电源系统,主要包括锂离子电池组、电池管理系统以及防爆箱体。样机试验结果表明,该电源系统可以应用于多种矿山辅助运输车辆,并且能够满足使用要求。

     

    Abstract: For problems of short cycle life and high maintenance cost of existing power supply of domestic mine auxiliary transportation vehicle which uses lead-acid batteries as power supply, the paper proposed application of LiFeO4 battery to the mine vehicle. Firstly, characteristics of the lithium battery group was studied through analyzing influence of cell capacity and resistance characteristics on li-ion battery inconsistency, and then li-ion battery power supply system that can be used for the mine transportation vehicle was developed according to related security standard of coal mine, mainly including li-ion battery pack, battery management system and explosion-proof box. The test results of prototype show that the power supply system can be applied to a variety of auxiliary transportation vehicles, and can meet use requirements.
