Research of water cooling system of explosion-proof inverter

  • 摘要: 根据井下大功率防爆变频器的特点,设计了防爆变频器水冷散热系统。该系统采用防爆壳体内部散热风机冷却+外部循环水系统冷却的散热方式,可将水箱中水温控制在某一范围内,保证变频器的进水温度,从而降低变频器腔内的发热量。测试结果验证了该系统的有效性。
    Abstract: According to characteristics of underground high-power explosion-proof inverter, a water cooling system of explosion-proof inverter was designed. The system uses cooling mode of internal fan cooling + external circulating water cooling, can control water temperature in the tank within a certain range, and ensure water temperature of the inverter, so as to reduce calorific value in the inverter. The test results demonstrate the effectiveness of the system.
