矿用直流电源板测试及老化系统设计

Design of testing and aging system for mine-used DC power supply board

  • 摘要: 针对矿用直流电源板测试繁琐、老化过程耗时等问题,设计了电源板测试及老化系统。该系统实现了电源板部件的自动化检测,简化了测试及老化流程,提高了电源板生产效率;采用增大输出电流、负载电阻重载的方法将老化周期由6 d缩短至4 d;采用小巧型立体式的柜式结构,大大降低了老化时占用的车间空间。

     

    Abstract: In view of problem of cumbersome test and time-consuming aging process of mine-used DC power supply board, a testing and aging system for power supply board was designed. The system achieves automatic detection of assembly unit of the power supply board, easies the process of testing and aging, and improves production efficiency. It uses method of increasing output current and reloading load resistance to shorten aging period from 6 d to 4 d, and uses compact three-dimensional cabinet structure to greatly reduce the space occupied during the aging process.
