矿井通风机远程监控系统设计

Design of remote monitoring system of mine ventilator

  • 摘要: 针对传统矿井通风机监控系统布线难度大、拓展性差等问题,应用ZigBee无线通信技术设计了通风机远程监控系统。终端节点的传感器将检测信号通过ZigBee无线通信传送到协调器节点,再经过串口分别传送到PLC和监控中心进行处理。仿真结果表明,该系统实现了对通风机电流、电压、风速和风压的实时检测,避免了大量布线,且可靠性高、实时性好。

     

    Abstract: In view of difficult wiring and poor scalability of traditional monitoring system of mine ventilator, a remote monitoring system of mine ventilator was designed applying ZigBee wireless communication technology. Terminal node sensor transmits detected signal to coordinator node through ZigBee wireless communication, and then the signal was sent to PLC and the monitoring center for processing via the serial port. The simulation results show that the system achieves real-time detection of current, voltage, air speed and pressure of ventilator, it avoids a lot of wiring, and has high reliability and good real time performance.
