Abstract:
In view of shortcomings of bad anti-interference and low reliability existed in ultrasonic measurement method for coal level measurement, a mine-used radar material level monitoring device was designed. The device transmits high frequency electromagnetic wave to the measured object by material level sensor and processes reflected signal by use of noise threshold processing technology, filtering processing technology and false echo processing technology, so as to realize real-time and accurate measurement of material level. The testing results show that the device has high reliability, small measurement error and strong anti-interference.
