综采无人工作面自动化开采技术研究与应用

Research and application of automatic mining technology of unmanned fully-mechanized coal mining face

  • 摘要: 针对综采无人工作面高效开采需求,提出了以协同控制技术为核心,“三机”自动控制技术为基础,运煤设备自移控制技术为辅助,视频监控、数据平台展示为延伸的综采无人工作面自动化开采技术方案。结合黄陵一号煤矿1001工作面现场条件,介绍了该方案的具体实现。应用结果表明,该方案可自动完成割煤、移架、推移刮板输送机和顶板支护等生产流程,实现了减人提效。

     

    Abstract: In view of requirement of high efficient mining for unmanned fully-mechanized coal mining face, an automatic mining technology scheme of unmanned fully-mechanized coal mining face was proposed which takes cooperative control technology as core, automatic control technology of shearer, hydraulic support and scraper conveyor as basis, self-advancing control technology of coal conveying equipment as support, and video monitoring and data platform display as extension. Specific implementation of the scheme was introduced in combination with field condition of 1001 coal face of Huangling No.1 Mine. The application results show that the scheme can automatically finish production processes of coal cutting, support advancing, scraper conveyor pushing and roof supporting, and realizes high efficient with less people.
