Abstract:
In view of problems of missing inspection, false inspection and lack of objective and comprehensive inspection existed in current maintenance of coal mine electromechanical equipment, an integrated patrolling system for electromechanical equipment based on Internet of things was designed. With basic attribute database of electromechanical equipment, the system combines off-line patrolling with on-line monitoring, and takes detection result of human experience into objective monitoring information to make comprehensive judgment, so as to improve accuracy rate of fault diagnosis of electromechanical equipment. The application result shows that the system can provide accurate and reliable basis for maintenance of coal mine equipment, and improve management level of coal mine equipment.
