煤矿作业人员“三违”智能识别系统标准研究制定

Research and formulation of standards for intelligent recognition system of "Three Violations" among coal mine workers

  • 摘要: 传统的煤矿作业人员“三违”管理主要依靠人工,不能自动识别作业人员“三违”,存在人力投入大、效率低、不能及时发现作业人员“三违”等问题,难以满足煤矿安全风险防控要求。随着人工智能、大数据、物联网等技术发展,特别是计算机视觉技术在煤矿作业人员“三违”智能识别中的应用,煤矿作业人员“三违”智能识别系统能够自动识别作业人员“三违”,具有用人少、效率高、能及时发现作业人员“三违”、受人为因素影响小等优点。① 根据煤矿作业人员“三违”智能识别需求,提出煤矿作业人员“三违”智能识别系统的主要功能:数据采集、智能分析、报警、控制、存储与查询、显示、操作处置、时间同步、报表、移动应用等。② 根据煤矿主要作业地点,提出煤矿作业人员“三违”智能识别场景:主井、副井和风井井口,调度室及井下值班室,提升机房,空气压缩机房,主要通风机房,机电硐室,永久避难硐室,水泵房,中央/采区变电所,煤仓和矸石仓上下口,井底车场,大型设备安装、回撤、吊装和检修作业,井下爆破器材库,紧急避险设施,带式输送机机头和机尾,采煤工作面,掘进工作面,探放水、瓦斯抽采和冲击地压卸压钻孔井下施工地点,支护作业等危险或重要作业场所及煤矿地面工业广场等。

     

    Abstract: Traditional management of the "Three Violations" by coal mine workers mainly relies on manual methods and cannot automatically identify such behaviors. This approach faces challenges such as high labor input, low efficiency, and inability to detect violations in a timely manner, making it difficult to meet coal mine safety risk prevention requirements. With the development of artificial intelligence, big data, the Internet of Things, and especially the application of computer vision technology in the intelligent recognition of coal mine workers' "Three Violations", the intelligent recognition system can automatically identify such violations. These systems offer several advantages, including reduced personnel requirements, high efficiency, timely detection of violations, and minimal influence from human factors. ① Based on the functional requirements for detecting "Three Violations" in coal mines, the intelligent recognition system mainly includes the following functions: data collection, intelligent analysis, alarm triggering, control, storage and query, display, operation management, time synchronization, reporting, and mobile application. ② Based on key operational areas in coal mines, the proposed scenarios for intelligent recognition of "Three Violations" include: main shaft, auxiliary shaft and ventilation shaft entrances, dispatching room and underground duty room, hoist engine room, air compressor room, main ventilation room, electromechanical chamber, permanent refuge chamber, pump room, central/mining area substation, upper and lower entrances of coal and gangue bunkers, shaft bottom car yard, major equipment installation, withdrawal, hoisting and maintenance operations, underground blasting material warehouse, emergency refuge facilities, head and tail of belt conveyors, coal mining working face, tunneling working face, underground construction sites for water exploration and drainage, gas drainage and pressure relief drilling for rock burst, support operations, and other dangerous or important workplaces, as well as coal mine surface industrial plazas.
