MSHE-PWM harmonic suppression method of mine hoist active front end

摘要: 针对10 kV高压矿井提升机有源前端存在的谐波污染、系统损耗问题,提出了一种MSHE-PWM谐波抑制方法。建立了ANPC五电平拓扑数学模型,分析了MSHE-PWM谐波抑制原理,并对约束条件下MSHE-PWM非线性超越方程组进行求解,给出了悬浮电容电压平衡控制方法。基于1 MW工业样机进行了SHE-PWM性能测试,结果表明SHE-PWM技术实现了10 kV高压矿井提升机网侧低次谐波控制,与SV-PWM的对比实验进一步表明了MSHE-PWM在解决10 kV高压变频系统温升、损耗等问题时的优越性。Abstract: In view of problem of harmonic pollution and system loss of active front end of 10 kV high voltage mine hoist, MSHE-PWM harmonic suppression method was proposed. ANPC five-level topology mathematical model was established to analyze MSHE-PWM harmonic suppression principle and solve MSHE-PWM nonlinear equations under constraint conditions. Voltage balance control method of suspended capacitor was also given. The results of MSHE-PWM performance test based on 1 MW industrial prototype show that SHE-PWM technology achieves grid side low-order harmonic control of 10 kV high voltage mine hoist, and comparison experiment with SV-PWM further demonstrates superiority of MSHE-PWM in solving problems of temperature-rise and loss of 10 kV high voltage inverter system.
