Improvement of magnetic barriers structure of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on ANSYS

摘要: 应用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench对200 kW永磁同步电动机转子冲片隔磁桥进行了刚强度仿真计算,根据计算结果对初始设计结构进行了改进:在转子铁心混合式磁路结构的径向磁路中增加了1组宽度为1.5 mm的隔磁桥,并在此基础上进一步优化了转子铁心与转轴之间的配合公差。仿真结果表明,该改进结构明显改善了转子冲片隔磁桥应力分布状况,提高了永磁同步电动机运行可靠性,为永磁同步电动机的转子冲片提供了设计依据。Abstract: Stiffness and strength simulation calculation for magnetic barriers of rotor punching of 200 kW permanent magnet synchronous motor were conducted by use of finite element software ANSYS Workbench, and initial design structure were improved according to the calculation results, that is, a set of magnetic barriers with 1.5 mm width are added in radial magnetic path of hybrid magnetic structure of rotor core, and fit tolerance between the rotor core and shaft is optimized. The simulation results show that the improved structure obviously improves stress distribution of magnetic barriers of the rotor punching and reliability of the permanent magnet synchronous motor. It provides design basis for rotor punching of permanent magnet synchronous motor.
