Design of wireless monitoring system of shearer

摘要: 针对煤矿井下采煤机有线监测方式存在的布线冗繁、线路老化及无法扩展等问题,采用ZigBee技术设计了一种采煤机无线监测系统,重点介绍了该系统无线传感器节点、路由器节点及协调器节点的软、硬件设计方案。该系统采用无线传感器节点采集采煤机运行状态参数,由路由器节点通过ZigBee网络接收采集数据并将其发送至协调器节点进行分析、处理,由协调器节点经RS485总线将处理数据发送至上位机,实现采煤机运行状态的远程监测。Abstract: In view of problems of complex wiring, aging wires and inability to extend function existed in underground wired monitoring system of shearer, a wireless monitoring system of shearer was designed by use of ZigBee technology, and software and hardware design schemes of wireless sensor node, router node and coordinator node were focused on. The system uses wireless sensor node to collect running status parameters of shearer. Router node receives and transmits the collected data to coordinator node for analysis and processing through ZigBee network. The coordinator node sends the processed data to upper computer through RS485 bus, so as to realize remote monitoring of running status of shearer.
