Design of CAN Interface of Mine-used Communication Substation Based on ARM

  • Communication substation has important function in coal mine safety monitoring and control system.The paper proposed a design scheme of CAN interface of mine-used communication substation based on ARM,introduced design method of CAN controller SJA1000 expanded by ARM microprocessor S3C44B0X in details.The scheme used CPLD to realize parallel communication interface with high-speed between S3C44B0X and 89C52 single-chip microcomputer and PIE12,and had the advantages such as simple implementation,high reliability and good CPU availability.The experiment result showed that the scheme not only made the communication substation become the device of collection and retransimission with functions of enquiry and display on the spot and keyboard control on the spot,but also the communication substation has function of CAN bridge.
