Design of Monitoring System of Water Source Wells of Coal Mine Based on Wireless Network

  • In view of problem that traditional management of water source wells of coal mine cannot collect parameters of pump real-timely and accurately with manual patrolling mode, a monitoring system of water source wells of coal mine based on wireless network was designed. The system is composed of monitoring master station and control substations. Each control substation can realize flow measurement of water source well and control of start and stop and current monitoring of pump motor, and can upload monitored data to monitoring master station through wireless communication system. Meanwhile, the control substation can receive control commands of monitoring master station to realize start and stop operation of pump motor. The actual application shows that the system improves reliability and automation level of water supply system of water source well of coal mine.
