Design of Coal Blending and Scheduling System Based on Two-stage Algorithm and Its Implementatio

  • The optimization problem of vehicle scheduling and coal blending are not synthetically considered in the existing coal blending and scheduling system,so it has limitation and is difficult to meet with more and more complicated needs of coal scheduling task.To solve above problem,the paper proposed a coal blending and scheduling model which taking maximum economic benefit as goal,gave solution algorithm of the model based on two-stage algorithm.Taking a mining company in Shanxi province as example,it designed a dynamic coal blending and scheduling system based on the model.The actual running showed that the system not only decreases transportation cost of coal blending and scheduling,but also solves contradiction between user requirements and quality index of raw coal,which has broad application prospect.
