Application Research of Intelligent Remote Monitoring System of Mine Ventilator

  • According to the demands of high reliability and good real-time of mine ventilator, the paper designed an intelligent remote monitoring system and presented a control scheme of variable frequency variable speed(VFVS) with dual-controller. The active/standby controller adopted modes such as parameters’ backup each other and automatic switch-over for fault, which assured realtime and stability of the control system. The system realized remote monitoring for working status of ventilator through monitoring the parameters such as axes temperature and working voltage of ventilator and wind pressure of lane way in real-time, and it had the functions of overweight control, alarming, printing and so on.
