Design of a type of intrinsic safety miner lamp with identification card

  • In view of problems that equipments carried by underground miner increase because of individual design and power supply of identification card, and sometimes positioning would fail because that charging or change of battery of identification card are not in time, a type of intrinsic safety miner lamp integrated lamp and identification card together was designed, and design of two-way identification card, charging and discharging management unit of lithium ion battery and intrinsic safety protection unit were introduced. The design decreases equipments carried by underground miner. Meantime, the identification card powered by battery of the miner lamp, it avoids trouble of change of battery and undetected of identification card because of electricity shortage of its battery.
