  • In view of problems of high coupling degree, low reliability and bad safety existed in software system of traditional customer relationship management system for industrial and mining enterprises,the paper proposed a design scheme of customer relationship management system for industrial and mining enterprises based on Struts. It gave framework of Model-View-Controller of Struts and configuration of connection pool of database. And it introduced implementation of access control function and anti-theft link function through requirement analysis of the system. The actual application shows that the system runs stably and improves management efficiency for customer relationship.
