  • Based on information technology and construction of Shenhua intelligent demonstration mine, the modification, supplement and perfect suggestions for parts revision of coal mine safety regulations were put forward: the maximum CO allowable concentration is 0.005 0% in mine used diesel rubber-tyred car to transport coal; automatic door with interlock function and reverse functions should't set reverse door; main ventilator and its ancillary equipment should't arrange full-time driver with functions of remote measuring, remote communication, remote control, automatic switching, industrial video surveillance and operator on duty with a mobile communication to carry out inspection, and the operator on duty can get main ventilator room facility within 10 minutes; coal mine safety monitoring equipment and industrial Ethernet ring network can be shared cable, but should not use co-channel; mine-used general type diesel rubber-tyred car should be used in main haulage roadway with low gas mines intake (wind pressure ventilation) DC voltage of stringing rubber-tyred car should not be more than 1 500 V; a special security measures must formulate when voltage of electrical equipment of mining area is higher than 3 300 V; specially-assigned person on duty should not arrange for substation with function of remote monitoring and control, unattended substation cavern should have functions of remote sensing, remote communication, remote control and remote viewing.
