  • The paper researched haulage performance of speed regulation system of non-onboard shearer in different control methods, analyzed influence of long hauling cable on haulage performance of frequency converter when the non-onboard speed regulation system of shearer applies scalar control, vector control and direct torque control.The analysis results show that vector control and direct torque control methods are more suitable for operation conditioning of non-onboard shearer compared than scalar control. The conclusion can offer testing and theoretical basis for design of non-onboard hauling and speed regulation system of shearer.
