Abstract:
In view of the problems of traditional selection methods of mine ventilator such as long design period,low design precision,failing to save design scheme and verbose writing of selection process,a software design scheme of type selection and design system of mine ventilator was put forward and the design of basic function models,design flow and key technologies of implementation of the system were introduced.The system realizes functions such as calculation of type parameters,output of performance curve,automation calculation of operating points,automation generation of type selection report,storage and query of type selection data of mine ventilator based on the least-squares method,LONGRUAN GIS 3.0 platform and Access database.

Abstract:
The paper put forward a design scheme of design system of mine power supply based on B/S mode network structure,Web server and Access database,introduced development environment and design of main function modules of the system in details,and validated feasibility of the system through an example.The design system realizes effective integration and wide sharing of calculation resources,data resources and services resources,provides a convenient calculating method and rich equipment data for engineering designers,and effectively improves calculating efficiency of engineering design.
Research of Intelligent Centralized Lubrication System and Its Development

Abstract:
In view of the problems that lubricating failure frequently took place in traditional single-strand and double-strand lubrication system because of their unreasonable design,a design scheme of intelligent centralized lubrication system was put forward.General structure of the system was introduced,detection methods of oil pressure,flow and temperature parameter were studied,and reliable digital detection methods were proposed.Design of the lubricating terminal was discussed in details.The intelligent centralized lubrication system adopts distributed structure,has remote control function,and can achieve point-by-point lubrication and detection.The system has been successfully applied in industrial fields and can realize accurate timing and quantitative lubrication.

Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of high cost,un-convenient installation and low-precise detection caused by using IR temperature sensor and fiber sensor to detect temperature of isolators in high-voltage distribution equipment at present,an on-line monitoring device of temperature for isolators in high-voltage distribution equipment based on nRF905 was designed,and design of hardware and software of the device was introduced in details.The experimental results showed that circuits of data collection,data receiving and sending and data processing of the device are reasonable,and the device can realize on-line monitoring of temperature of isolators in high-voltage distribution equipment,which has error below(± 1.5 ℃) and meets actual needs of engineering.

Abstract:
A real-time monitoring system of brake clearance was designed based on PLC with high reliability and interference immunity and WinCC with friendly human-machine interface.General structure and software design of the system were introduced in details.The system has functions of data collecting,storing,analyzing and processing,and it has strong real-time and friendly interface.The practical application showed that the system can monitor brake clearance and fault real-timely and reliably.

The paper analyzed current situation of informatization construction for coal groups and functions of management plateform of integrated production dispatching and command system for coal groups.Then it put forward a kind of three-layer logical architecture for the system,and introduced key problems in construction of the system such as classificated transmission of data,management of classificated rights of data and and requirement of integration and specification of the system.The paper has a certain significance for construction of integrated production dispatching and command system for coal groups.

Abstract:
The paper introduced three kinds of different methods of caving methods,namely single-interval caving,single-order caving and multi-interval caving.It used discrete element PFC3D software to simulate the three kinds of caving methods, obtained the simulation results,and analyzed advantages and disadvantages of the three kinds of different methods based on the simulation results.It also proposed some suggestions for improvement of caving methods.

On the basis of financial HJM model and Monte Carlo method and by use of powerful data analysis ability of Microsoft Excel,historical data of gas concentration was analyzed and then a practical rule of gas overflow was gotten,so as to realize prediction of coal mine gas overflow.With gasdetected equipments,the method of predicting gas concentration can effectively reduce rate of accidents,and has certain extersion and application value.
Research of Mine-used Fire Detection System by Use of Fiber Bragg Grating

Abstract:
Fiber Bragg grating(FBG) fire detector was packaged by use of a special alloy material.Related temperature sensing experiment showed that temperature sensitivity of the fire detector is(1.755 times) than bare grating,and temperature sensitization was achieved.A mine-used fire detection system with FBG was designed by use of the fire detector and FBG wavelength demodulation device,data transmission and control bus,data control center,etc.The system uses the FBG wavelength demodulation device to demodulate wavelength of light signal which is reflected by field detecting FBG and measure the changing rate of the wavelength,then,firing or not could be known through the changing rate of the wavelength.The experiment showed that the system has high accuracy of fire detection and can shorten warning time.
Modeling of UWB System Based on MB-OFDM in Coal Mine Environment and Its Performance Analysis

Abstract:
For frequency selective fading of UWB wireless commurtication system caused by multi-path spread in coal mine environment,appling MB-OFDM technology with advantage of anti-multipath delay in underground UWB system was proposed.In order to make up for traditional S-V model’s defect in fading channels,traditional channel impulse response was changed into an independent angle impluse response,and a revised channel model was built.With the revised channel model,a model of UWB system based on MB-OFDM was built,and the band division scheme,reform approach for channel and design scheme of wireless system were given.The model of the system was simulated in complex coal mine environment and the results showed that the system can be effective against multi-path fading and has high anti-noise ability,low bit-error rate,and large coverage range.

Abstract:
The mathematical model of lift system of 280-B excavator was established.In view of nonlinear and time-varying factors of dynamic characteristics of the system,a design scheme of PID controller based on BP neural network was put forward.The controller has characteristics of classical PID control algorithm and good self-adaptive and anti-jamming capabilities of neural network.The Matlab simulation result showed that the PID controller based on BP neural network has high accuracy and strong adaptability which can get satisfied control effect.

Abstract:
Rough set is a soft computing method which needn’t any validated knowledge and theoretics deducing,just depends on original data,and it aims at discovering latent laws and rules.Its core task is reducing data in order to get the simplest decision rules.Based on the discernibility matrix of rough set theory,the attribute and attribute value of fault information table of roller bearing were reduced and the simpler diagnosis rules of fault diagnosis were achieved,which was good for computer dealing.This method provides a simpler method of automatic construction of knowledge base for intelligent fault diagnosis system of roller bearings based on rules.
Optimization of PID Controller Parameters Based on Modified Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm

Abstract:
An optimization method based on modified particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm was proposed for tuning PID controller parameters.On the basis of real coding and setting search space of parameters,the method uses idea of decreasing inertia weight of an exponential curve to greatly improve algorithm’s convergence speed and accuracy,and embeds local search strategy based on mutation operator of differential evolution algorithm to raise flexibility of individual particle and diversity of population,improve solution quality,and enhance the balance between the algorithm’s global space exploration and local area improved capacity.The simulation results showed that the controller parameters from the new solution can make control system have better dynamic response characteristics and satisfactory control effect than traditional and intelligent algorithm.
Frame Repacked Method of Wireless Transmission of Ethernet Audio and Video Streaming

Abstract:
In view of the serious problem of packet loss existed in transmitting audio and video streaming by use of wireless sensor network technology in coal mine underground,an Ethernet data unpacked/packed method based on FPGA was put forward,namely,an Ethernet data frame would be unpacked into several small packets for transmission at the sending end,while these small data packets would be repacked as an Ethernet data frame at the receiving end,and some processing to the lost or damaged data would be done.Finally,frame check sequence(FCS) of the received data frame will be(re-calculated.) The method makes use of the frame which losses part of the data effectively,improves utilization of effective data,and reduces impact on quality of the received audio and video streaming caused by the loss of audio and video stream data.

Abstract:
Research and realization of topology and control strategy of cascaded multilevel inverter are important parts of high voltage power converter with large power.In the paper,main circuit of 2H bridge cascaded five-level inverter was introduced in which carrier phase shift SPWM technology was adopted.The working principle and control rules of the circuit were analyzed and then the analytical expression of output voltage was deduced.TMS320F2812 controller of TI was used for control circuit.The results of experiment of output voltage wave and frequency spectrum of 2H bridge cascaded five-level inverter verify the theoretical analysis and experimental results are consistent,which proves correctness of the control method and convenience of the DSP used for realizing the phase shift SPWM technology.

Abstract:
Based on the analysis of mathematical model of IPMSM,a new fuzzy control method for speed-regulation system of IPMSM was proposed.A controller was analyzed and designed with fuzzy rule.Then the simulation model was set up and the simulating analysis of speed-regulation system of IPMSM based on fuzzy control in different working conditions were given.The simulation results proved the efficiency of the fuzzy control method which realizes self-adapting control of speed-regulation system of IPMSM and meets the control requirement of high precision.

Abstract:
An on-line detector for content of magnetic material in iron ore slurry was designed by use of solenoid inductance coil as detecting probe.The composition,working principle and software design of the detector were introduced.The detector can real-timely monitor change of content of magnetic material in iron ore slurry and improve efficiency of mineral separation,which also has characteristics of high anti-interference and accuracy and is easy to integrate other equipments because of using digital circuit.The test result showed that the detector can provide data at 0.5% accuracy.
