Abstract:
The paper introduced characteristics of SuperMap geographical information software,put forward a design scheme of management system of prediction to coal and gas outburst based on(SuperMap,) and expounded design of function modules and development process of the system.The system(applies)(information) technology of GIS in management of prediction to coal and gas outburst and adopts component SuperMap software as a development platform,which initiates a new way of(predicting) coal and gas outburst.The system not only improves accuracy and reliability of prediction to coal and gas outburst,but(also) achieves dynamic management of prediction to coal and gas outburst. The system also can provide(prevention) measures and emergency plans for accidents of coal and gas outburst.

Abstract:
The paper put forward a design scheme of portable methane annunciator based on infrared optics(principle) and introduced design of hardware circuit and software, structure of optics gas chamber and outline design of the instrument and calibration technology in details.The annunciator realizes real-time detection of CH4 by use of infrared source,integrated pyroelectric detector with high-precision interference filters,single-beam dual-wave length technology and gas chamber with gold-plated membrane,which has some advantages such as not-easy ageing,rapid response,high sensitivity,stabilization and strong anti-jamming capability.
Development of Portable Calibrator of Temperature and Humidity of Environmental Test Box

Abstract:
According to the existing situation that calibration method of temperature and humidity of environmental test box is complex and inconvenient,a portable and intelligent calibrator was developed,and composition and detection principle of the calibrator were introduced.The calibrator uses collection function of analog signals integrated by microprocessor ADuC834,which makes the hardware circuit simplest.Through calculation of ADuC834 internal software, temperature and humidity values can be directly read,and the data are transmitted to a computer so as to facilitate the work of calibration.The results of test for the calibrator showed that the temperature measurement error is less than ±0.1 ℃ and humidity measurement error is less than ±3%RH,which achieves actual needs and enhances working efficiency.

Abstract:
According to characteristics of construction and production of coal mine shaft,the paper put forward a design scheme of safety monitoring system for shaft construction of coal mine.It introduced structure composition,basic function(design) as well as application in some coal mine shaft of the system in details.The system is on the basis of coal mine intranet and integrates technologies of automation,information,computer,network and communication,so it can monitor safety state of shafts, collect safety parameters,ensure safety of shafts,and realizes information exchange between departments of coal mine.

Abstract:
The paper introduced system composition and design of hardware circuit and software of an on-vehicle power-off control device for methane based on technologies of infrared detection and wireless communication.The device can realize on-line monitoring and control of gas concentration nearby coal plough,send gas concentration signals and power-off signals to substation by wireless communication and eventually transfer the data to existing monitoring and control system of coal mine,which solves problems of on-line monitoring and control and data transmission of gas nearby coal plough in working face of coal mine.

Abstract:
According to features of coal mine such as narrow tunnel,more turning points and more branches,a design scheme of fiber-optic repeater system in mine based on DSP was proposed for the questions such as poor quality of mobile calls and low reliability of mobile communication system in underground environment.Designs of automatic monitoring and control unit based on DSP and FIR digital filter and application of voice activation technology in repeater system were introduced in details.The fiber-optic repeater system solves the difficulty of mobile communications in wide range in mine and uses DSP to monitor the system automatically to make the system stable.The application of digital filter and voice activation technology makes the underground communication system more stable in performance,better in voice quality and stronger in anti-interference.The system establishes a basis for best working of mobile communications in mine.

Abstract:
In view of the problem that traditional mine-used 127 V integrated protection systems have shortcomings of short protection distance,poor stability and inaccurate display,a digital mine-used 127 V integrated protection system based on C8051F020 was designed on the basis of analyzing protection and self-checking functions which the system should have.The system’s design of hardware circuit and software were introduced in details.The system can realize integrated protection and control functions for three circuits,meet demand of long distance protection,and reduce probability of safety accidents caused by system fault because of self-checking function.The experiment result showed that the system has full functions and low cost,and can meet needs of a modern coal mine.

Abstract:
In view of problems of existing data collection system of main ventilator,the paper put forward a design scheme of remote data collection system of main ventilator based on CDMA 1X network.It introduced structure and composition of the system,the design and implementation of data collection,data transmission and the control-center in details.The system takes PLC as core and realizes real-time monitoring of ventilator with processes that data collection system collects data of temperature,air volume,air pressure and others, CDMA DTU and CDMA 1X transmit the data to control-center,and the data is displayed on the control-center.Actual applications showed that the system can monitor real-time information of ventilator rapidly and ensure ventilator safety.

Abstract:
The paper introduced characteristics and working principle of a 1-wire bus digital temperature sensor DS18B20,discussed communication scheduling of 1-wire bus protocol in details.In the basis of the(discussion,) it also put forward a design scheme of temperature measurement system based on DSP processor TMS320F2812 and DS18B20,and gave implementation methods of software and hardware of the system.The temperature measurement system can measure 8-channel temperature at the same time.When the temperature is overrun,the system can alarm in time.The practical application showed that the system works with stability and reliability,and has (certain) practicability and value of popularization.

Abstract:
In view of the shortcomings of BP neural network,such as slow convergence,easily falling into local optimums,the paper put forward a method of establishment of model of coal quality analysis with near-infrared spectroscopy based on GA-BP neural network and characteristics of global searching method of neural network.The principal component analysis(PCA) was used to get principal component values and to compress data.The results of traditional BP neural network model and GA-BP model were compared,and the result showed that the GA-BP neural network model could not only reduce error sum squares between the predictive value and truth value,but also improve the correlation coefficient,which improves precision of prediction and speed of analysis effectively.

Abstract:
According to fault features of elevator brake,the paper put forward a fault diagnosis method of elevator brake based on LS-SVM.The method can detect signal of brake clearance of elevator brake in brake process and extract feature vectors of fault signal by use of wavelet packet analysis,and then realize faults diagnosis of elevator brake with(LS-SVM.) The experiment results showed that the method can diagnose fault of braking system incorrectly and avoid fault effectively.

The paper investigated the problem of spectrum leakage in harmonics detection of power system based on FFT,analyzed the causation of spectrum leakage and put forward a solution method of spectrum leakage with window functions.The simulation result showed that Hann windows can reduce spectrum leakage commendably and satisfy accuracy of harmonic detection.
Research of Top Coal Caving and Drawing Characteristics of Thick Seam Based on Discrete Element

Abstract:
The influence factor of crack of inclined thick seam and top coal caving and drawing characteristics were analyzed in the paper.On the practice basis of fully mechanized sublevel caving of hard and thick coal,a discrete element software was used to do simulation test and influence of crack in process of mining coal on the top-coal caving and the development process of the fracture were analyzed,which could be used to determine the top coal caving characteristics.The result of the simulation experiment showed that the size of crack distribution and developed shape are the most important influence factors on top coal caving and drawing characteristics,and the more cracks,the greater the length,the smaller of the spacing,the more developed stratification,the better the top coal caving and drawing characteristics.Fully mechanized coal production should be evaluated according to the topcoal caving property in some extent.

Abstract:
The interference mechanism of electrical fast transient/burst(EFT/B) was analyzed.Taking an electric meter with load as research object,sensitive frequency rang of the electric meter with load under conditions of interference was obtained through experimental research of influence of electrical fast transient/burst on input of power supply in different voltage levels,different polarities and different interference frequencies.Finally notices of experimental operation were summarized.The conclusions have a certain reference value to design of electric meter and its anti-interference measures.

In view of problems of switch-stopping of multi-stage pump stations and serious wear and tear of pipeline in running of transportation pipeline of Dahongshan iron concentrate caused by long transportation pipeline,multiple large U-ups and downs,high-lift,large transportation pressure,a technology scheme of pressure segment control was put forward,namely using energy consumption plate to realize undisturbed switching-over of multi-stage pump stations and solve problem of stopping fault because of pressure,and using energy consumption plates to solve accelerated flow caused by large U-ups and downs,high-lift and large pressure and reduce wear and tear of pipeline wall caused by accelerated flow.The practical application of the pressure segment control technology(validated) its effectiveness.The lastest check of scientific and technical literature showed that the technology is innovative design.

Abstract:
The paper took heat treating furnace of radiant tube roller-hearth mode of a company as a research object,analyzed its heat-transfer characteristics completely,and realized computer optimization control of heat treating furnace of radiant tube roller-hearth mode based on mathematics model of the heat treating furnace.The control system of on-line optimization for heat treating furnace of radiant tube roller-hearth mode can realize functions such as real-time movement tracking of billet in furnace,dynamic temperature calculating of billet,optimization and setting of optimum temperature and its on-line feedback and modification,on-line and real-time modification of billet output from furnace,network communication between upper and low computer,database management during practical production and so on.Form the statistical analysis of practical running data in production,it can be gotten that the system has stable running performance and high calculation precision,and the biggest relative error is lower than 2% between calculating results of the mathematics model and practical testing results,which shows that the system can meet quality requirement of heat treating of billet completely.
