Abstract:
According to the pattern recognition theory, the principle of on line recognition and automation selection of coal gangues from coal bulk using image processing technology was discussed in the paper. The system’s structure based on CAN controller with single-chip microcomputer was proposed, the design methods of system’s hardware and software were introduced, and the anti-disturbance methods were also discussed.

Abstract:
This paper presented the mechanism of automatic adjustment of zero and correction of sensitivity of mine intelligent methane sensor. The statistical analysis of the result measured from the underground was adopted as a basis of the compensation for correction of the zero point and sensitivity. The design of the automatic adjustment and correction system 80C31 single-chip microcomputer as its center was studied. Meanwhile, the testing results revealed without and with the automatic adjustment and correction system were given.
A Kind of Multi-rate Sampling Method Based on Self-adaption Fuzzy Modulator

Abstract:
Because of the randomness of sampling rate in large-scale systems and remote control systems, a kind of multi-rate sampling method based on self-adaption fuzzy modulator was presented. According to the if-then rule, the modulator will map the different sample periods into the corresponding degrees, then the multi-rate sampling based on self-adaption is realized. Finally, an experiment was des-(cribed) and the related data and results were given.

Abstract:
This paper introuduced the model of MATLAB/SIMULINK general asynchronous motor block and its realization in detail, analyzed the model’s advantages and disadvantages, and constructed a simple simulation system of three level direct torque based on the block of the MATLAB/SIMULNK general asynchronous motor. The simulation result proved that the simulation system is feasibility.

Aimed at the lower management level of some mine transformer substation, a kind of technical rebuild project about the system of remote monitoring of transformer substation was put forward. It explained the general structure and performance of the system, and the realized method of the system with single-chip microcomputer, RS-485 Bus and computer network. It also gave the structure of the system and part of the corresponding software.

Ethernet has been applied in the Intranet after its real-time technology was improved.
