Abstract:
In this paper, the project and the basic demand of mining multimedia ISDN were presented at the first time. The structure model and the key technology of this system were researched deeply, and its theory and funciton were discussed. At the same time, the following four parts were designed: intrinsically safe and intellectualized network substation for mine, flameproof and intrinsically safe network exchanger for mine, intrinsically safe network video server for mine, intrinsically safe IP telephone for mine.
Mining Multi-function Access Gateway Based on VxWorks

Abstract:
At the present, all kinds of mining monitoring system co-exist, but they are incompatible with each other. In this paper, a kind of mining multi-function access gateway based on real-time operation system Windriver’s Vxworks was implemented to solve this problem. The gateway supports accessing to internet and browsing and management Web server. It showed the system constitution and how to write multiple task programs in the VxWorks.

Abstract:
A kind of multichannel serial data transmitter and receiver based on single-chip microcompu-(ter) was introduced, which not only has the same function as multichannel serial data card and has pretreatment function for frontend signal, but also can display some important information of the system and check out troubles of the system. The multichannel serial data transmitter and receiver is working well in dispatching and supervision system for railway in Zhengzhou Coal Corp.

Abstract:
The realization of the automatic nondestructive testing system used for cam shafts was introduced. The automatic control system takes a microcomputer as a core. Working process controlling was (realized) by PLC’s serial communication with computer. Rotating of the workpiece of driver of step motor was also controlled by the computer. The crack images are collected in time, which get ready for the next processing and identifying.

Abstract:
The characteristic of the video transmission is a large number of data. It will affect the networks greatly and perhaps disable whole networks. The paper analyzed the reasons that caused the congestion in networks because of video monitoring system, and discussed its affect. Then, a congestion avoi-dance and control scheme was proposed.

Abstract:
The realization method of a linear phase filter of finite impulse response (FIR) based on complex programmable logic device (CPLD) was introduced. This paper proposed a adder tree structure with CPLD, implemented linear phase FIR filter with VHDL language and FLEX10K device. The results showed that the method has a better application prospect, good expansibility, strong flexibility and high speed.

The popularization of the computer, development of the network have already brought the mankind into information society, information is playing an important role in the human society. The importance of the information also has decided the necessity of information security defense. The information security can be considered from three respects that, namely the network security, the system are safe and information stores safely. This paper discussd the problems about memory security, and discussed the (basic) requst of memory security and the essential countermeasure correspondingly. As the application this paper analysed the mentality of designing about the “file safe” and “the tool for file deletion”, and introduced their implementation methods.

Being put serially between the load and DC power source, when the load’s current is larger than the magnitude permitted, the power supply can be out off immediately. This paper mainly introduced the process control system of blending and feeding for blast furnace based on Siemens S7 series PLC and industry PC. Configuration software WinCC6.0 and Visual Basic6.0 were used to monitor and manage process data. Development environment for basic automation system that used to realize logical interlocks and pulse measurement is Siemens Step 7 V5.2. The way how to choose and exchange hopper automatically and automatic precise blending could meet the desire of process control system.
