Abstract:
The paper shows a fault tolerance designing scheme for main machine of mine use microcomputer based monitoring and control which is based on CPU board system,with its composition and working principle.The analysis and experiment utili zing Mar Kov reliability model have proven that this design can endure long working time with high reliability and is characterized by its flexibility,general purpose and easiness to effect.

The measurements of the working parameters such as the heights and densities of foam zone and capture zone with Motorola’s MPX series pressure sensors were studied in this paper.The algorithm was derived,and 8098 single chip microprocessor was used to carry out the measurement of these parameters.This instrument is the foundation of the Column Flotation Automatic Control System.
