Theoretical calculation of gas pipeline of beam tube monitoring system and its experimental verificatio

摘要: 针对目前束管监测系统对长管路的抽气时间及泵的选择缺乏理论依据,仅依靠经验判断而导致误差较大的问题,通过判别气体在束管管路内流动状态,计算了束管管路的流导以及束管真空系统的有效抽速及抽气时间,并选取3种真空泵以及4种长度的管路进行组合实验,验证了理论计算结论的准确性,进而提出束管监测系统中气体管路和泵的选型建议。Abstract: For problems that the choice of pumping time and pump type of beam tube monitoring system with long gas pipeline lacks theoretical support and only depends on experience, so as to lead large error, flow conductance of beam tube and effective pumping speed and pumping time of beam tube vacuum system were calculated through discriminating gas flow state in gas pipeline. Three kinds of vacuum pump and gas pipeline with four length were selected for combination experiment to verify accuracy of theoretical calculation conclusion. Based on calculation and experiment results, suggestions for selecting gas pipeline and pump in beam tube monitoring system are put forward.
