Research of remote network monitoring system of coal mine tunnel water

摘要: 针对现有的煤矿巷道积水测控系统组网扩展不灵活及数据获取不方便等问题,设计了基于网络发布技术的煤矿巷道积水远程网络测控系统。首先设计了数据采集电路,完成了监控分站的硬件电路设计;其次设计了分站和主站之间的RS485总线通信及PLC以太网模块与组态软件之间的数据通信方案,实现RS485总线数据的以太网控制;最后设计了组态软件驱动GSM DTU模块及组态工程的Web发布,实现井下水情的远程网络查询和控制。实践表明该系统组网扩展灵活,数据信息获取方便。Abstract: In order to solve problems of existing monitoring system of coal mine tunnel water, for example, inflexible network expansion and inconvenient data acquisition, a remote network monitoring system of coal mine tunnel water was designed which was based on network publishing technology. Firstly, data acquisition circuit is designed as well as hardware circuit of monitoring substation. Secondly, RS485 bus communication between substation and main station is designed as well as communication between PLC Ethernet module and configuration software, so as to control RS485 bus data via industrial Ethernet. Lastly, configuration software driving GSM DTU module and Web publishing of configuration project are designed to implement remote network query and control of underground water. The application shows that the system is flexible in network expansion and convenient in data acquisition.
