Research of straightness control system of fully-mechanized coal mining face

  • 摘要: 分析了实现综采工作面直线度控制的主要方法,介绍了工作面直线度控制的工作原理,并采用激光对位传感器等设计了工作面直线度控制系统,实现了工作面液压支架的直线度控制。井下原理性实验结果表明, 该系统能够有效地控制沿工作面走向的支架之间的相对位置,直线度控制精度达到30 mm,能够满足工作面直线度控制要求。
    Abstract: The paper analyzed main methods of straightness control of fully-mechanized coal mining face and introduced working principle of straightness control. It used laser alignment sensor to design straightness control system in coal mining face, so as to achieve straightness control of hydraulic support. Underground principle experiment results show that the system can effectively control relative position of supports along the working face direction, and straightness control precision reaches 30 mm, which can meet requirements of straightness control of coal mining face.
