Design of high-speed modem in drilling rescue

摘要: 针对钻孔救援中铠装电缆作为通信线路存在通信速率低的问题,设计了一种高速调制解调器。该高速调制解调器以DSP芯片TMS320F2812为核心,结合可编程逻辑器件FPGA进行信号的采样与捕获,并运用二进制振幅键控调制解调方式,对传输的基带信号进行载波调制与解调。测试结果表明,在1 000 m长的救援通信线路中,该高速调制解调器可有效提升信号的传输速率及抗干扰性,数据传输速率高于1 Mbit/s。Abstract: In view of problem of low communication rate of armored cable which is used as communication line in drilling rescue, the paper designed a high-speed modem. The modem takes DSP chip TMS320F2812 as core, combines with programmable logic device FPGA to realize signal sampling and capture, and carrier modulation and demodulation are conducted on baseband signal by use of amplitude shift keying mode. The test result shows that the high-speed modem can improve transmission rate of signal and anti-interference ability effectively in 1 000 m rescue communication line, and data transmission rate is higher than 1 Mbit/s.
