Design of peak voltage absorption device of frequency-conversion speed-regulation for winch

摘要: 为了减少电动机接线端尖峰电压对电动机对地绝缘的影响,保证变频绞车安全稳定运行,基于均匀传输线过电压模型及吸收电路原理,设计了绞车变频调速尖峰电压吸收装置。该装置采用电容充放电原理,可以有效降低电动机端尖峰电压,防止电动机绝缘击穿。试验结果表明,该装置减小了变频器输出电压变化率,降低了电动机接线端瞬时峰值,峰值由2 820 V降到2 330 V,输出尖峰电压得到有效治理。Abstract: In order to reduce influence of peak voltage of motor terminal pulse on the ground insulation of motor and ensure safe and stable operation of frequency-conversion winch, a peak voltage absorption device of frequency-conversion speed-regulation for winch was designed based on the principle of uniform transmission line model and absorption circuit. The device adopts principle of capacitor charging and discharging, and can effectively reduce peak voltage of motor terminal, prevent the motor insulation breakdown. The test results show that the device reduces output voltage change rate of inverter, reduces instantaneous peak of motor terminal, the peak is reduced from 2 820 V to 2 330 V, so the output peak voltage is controlled effectively.
