Design of centralized control system for hydraulic supports on fully-mechanized coal mining face

摘要: 针对现有液压支架电液控制系统存在自动化程度低等问题,设计了一种综采工作面液压支架集中控制系统,详细介绍了该系统的硬件组成和软件设计,阐述了液压支架集中控制的实现过程。试验结果表明,该系统可实现液压支架的集中控制,通信稳定,实时性高,能满足煤矿生产实际需求。Abstract: In view of problem of low automation degree of current electro-hydraulic control system for hydraulic supports, a centralized control system for hydraulic supports on fully-mechanized coal mining face was designed, designs of hardware and software of the system were introduced, and realizing process of centralized control for hydraulic supports was also expounded. The test results show that the system can realize centralized control of hydraulic supports, and has performances of stable field communication and high real-time, which can meet actual requirement of coal mine production.
