新型三相异步电动机软启动器的设计
Design of a New Type of Soft Starter of Three-phase Asynchronous Motor

摘要: 针对三相异步电动机采用降压启动方法存在的二次电流冲击问题,文章提出了一种新型三相异步电动机软启动器的设计方案,详细介绍了该软启动器的硬件及软件设计。该软启动器采用80C196KC单片机和电力电子技术自动调节电动机输入电压,结构简单、参数容易调整且电动机启动过程平稳。实验结果表明,该软启动器可根据要求设置不同的起始电压和启动时间完成电动机的软启动任务。Abstract: Aiming at the existed problem of current impact when three-phase asynchronous motor(adopted) method of step-down starting,the paper proposed a design scheme of new type of soft starter of three-phase asynchronous motor,introduced design of hardware and software of the soft starter in details.The soft starter used 80C196KC single-chip microcomputer and power and electronic technology to adjust input voltage of motor automatically and had advantages of simple structure,easy to adjust parameters,as well as smooth to start motor.The experiment result showed that the soft starter could complete soft starting of motor by setting different starting voltage and starting time according to demands.
