Design of Hydraulic Support Control System Based on Double CAN Buses

摘要: 针对矿井综采工作面环境恶劣及液压支架节点数量较多的问题,文章提出了一种基于双CAN总线的液压支架控制系统的设计方案,分析了系统工作环境,给出了系统结构,详细介绍了控制器节点的硬件及软件设计,并阐述了双CAN总线通信的实现。该系统根据系统的工作要求将总线上的数据分为邻架操作和支架状态2种数据,并且分2个不同的通道传递数据,在总线出现故障时实现通道的自动切换功能。实际应用表明,在总线和所有节点工作正常的情况下,该系统的实时性比采用单个CAN总线有较大提高;在1条总线中断的情况下,基于单CAN总线的通信系统将瘫痪,而基于双CAN总线的通信系统仍可正常工作,且实时性能与基于单CAN总线的通信系统相比没有下降。该方案为双CAN总线的应用和提高液压支架控制系统通信网络的性能提供了一个新的设计思想。Abstract: Aiming at the problems of bad environment in fully mechanized mining working face in mine and a large number of nodes of hydraulic support,the paper proposed a design scheme of hydraulic support control system based on double CAN buses.It analyzed working environment of the system,gave structure of the system and introduced design of hardware and software of controller nodes in details as well as expounded implementation of double CAN buses communication.The system classifies data on bus into adjacent support operation data and support state data according to working requests of the system,and transfers these data through two different channels,which can realize automatic switch function of the channels when one bus has fault.The practical application showed that real-time performance of the system is better than of single CAN bus when two CAN buses and all nodes are in normal working condition.Specially,under interruption condition of one CAN bus,the communication system based on single CAN bus will not work,but the communication system based on double CAN buses will work normally and real-time and reliability performance of the system will not decline.The scheme provides a new design idea for application of double CAN buses and enhancing performance of communication network of hydraulic support control system.
