摘要: 分析了快速定量装车站钢结构的静态应变测量原理及动态加速度测量原理;以常规的装车站为例,介绍了测点位置的布置、测量时机及工况的选择;通过对不同载荷下装车站的静态、动态实测,对其运行现状进行了评估与分析。测试结果表明,被测装车站钢结构横向位移小于《钢结构设计规范》中露天栈桥柱的允许横向位移,主立柱最大应力值小于允许值,该装车站钢结构安全、可靠。Abstract: The paper analyzed static strain measurement principle and dynamic acceleration measurement principle of steel structure of rapid quantitative loading station, and introduced arrangement of measuring points, choosing of measuring time and working conditions taking conventional loading station as an example. It achieved evaluation and analysis of running status of the loading station with different loads by field static and dynamic measurement. The test results show that lateral displacement of steel structure of the tested loading station is less than the lateral displacement of open-air trestle column allowed in steel structure design standard, and the maximum stress of the main column is less than the allowable value, so that the steel structure of the loading station is safe and reliable.
