Research of Improved SVPWM Method of 3H-bridges Cascaded Multilevel Inverter

摘要: 钳位型多电平逆变器和2H桥级联型多电平逆变器电路结构和控制复杂,3H桥级联型多电平逆变器可克服该缺点;五电平逆变器的SVPWM控制方法已经实现,若将其应用于输出更多电平数的逆变器,则计算量非常大,控制困难,而在该控制方法的基础上,通过在电压空间矢量之间采用合适的相移角度,则可方便地实现3H桥级联型多电平逆变器的SVPWM控制。文章以3H桥级联型九电平逆变器为例,采用Matlab仿真验证了该控制方法的可行性和正确性。Abstract: Clamping multilevel inverter and 2H-bridges cascaded multilevel inverter have complex circuit structure and control,while 3H-bridges cascaded multilevel inverter can overcome the disadvantages.SVPWM control method of five-level inverter is already relized,but if it is used in inverters outputing more levels,then computational complexity would be very large and control would be difficult. While on the base of the control method,through adopting suitable phase-shift angle between space voltage vectors,it is easy to realize SVPWM control of 3H-bridges cascaded multilevel inverter.The paper took 3H-bridges nine-level inverter as an example and adopted Matlab simulation to verify feasibility and correctness of the control method.
