Research of Direct Torque Control System for PMSM Based on Sliding Mode Control

摘要: 传统的直接转矩控制采用六区间的圆形磁链控制,转矩脉动大,控制性能较差,而且考虑定子电阻压降的影响时,其区间选择存在缺陷。针对以上问题,文章提出了基于十二电压空间矢量的直接转矩控制策略,建立了永磁同步电动机的十二电压空间矢量直接转矩控制系统,制定了相应的开关原则,并采用滑模变结构控制策略设计速度调节器,取代传统的PI调节器,以增强系统的抗干扰和抗参数摄动的鲁棒性。仿真结果表明,该系统的定子磁链和转矩脉动较小,系统动、静态响应良好。Abstract: Traditional direct torque control adopts circle-flux control with six-section and has large torque ripple and bad control performance.When influence of voltage drop of stator resistance is considered,its section chosen has disadvantage.Aiming at above problems,the paper proposed direct torque control strategy based on twelve voltage space vectors.It established direct torque control system of twelve voltage space vector of permanent magnet synchronous motor,made corresponding on-off principle and adopted sliding mode variable structure to design speed regulator,which replaced traditional PI regulator in order to enhance robustness performance of anti-interference and resisting parameter distortion of the system.The simulation results showed that stator flux and torque ripple of the system are small and dynamic and static response of the system are good.
