Design of a Novel Mine-used Cableless Borehole Inclinometer

摘要: 介绍了新型矿用无缆钻孔测斜仪的组成、无缆测量原理及其关键部件的设计等。该无缆钻孔测斜仪工作原理基于同步技术,即首先将同步机和探管用连线连接后,使同步机和探管按预先设定的时间同步工作,然后拆开连线,将探管连接到钻杆上送入到测量处测量,与探管同步工作的同步机则记录有用的测点;测量完成取回探管,将探管测斜数据发送到同步机中,由同步机计算并显示出各测点的倾角和方位角。实际应用表明,该无缆钻孔测斜仪设计合理,使用方便,测量精度达到倾角(+90°~-90°)±0.2°、方位角(0~360°)±2°,完全满足煤矿井下钻孔轨迹测量的要求。Abstract: Constitution, cableless measuring principle and design of key parts of novel mine-used cableless borehole inclinometer were introduced. Working principle of the cableless borehole inclinometer is based on the synchronous technology, that is, connect the synchronous unit and probe with wire and make them synchronously work according to set time in advance; then, disconnect the wire, connect the probe to drill pipe and send it to measured point for measuring, and the synchronous unit synchronously working with the probe records the measured point; when the measurement is finished, withdraw the probe and send the measured data by the probe to the synchronous unit for calculating dip angle and azimuth angle of the measured point. The practical application showed that the cableless borehole inclinometer is reasonable in design, convenient in use, its measurement precision is ±0.2° in (+90°~-90°)dip angle and±2° in (0~360°) azimuth angle, and it meets with measurement requirement of underground borehole trajectory completely.
