Application of Ant Colony Algorithm in Product Structure Optimization of Coal Preparation Plant

摘要: 根据选煤厂生产流程特点建立了产品结构优化数学模型，给出了应用蚁群算法优化产品结构的步骤；并以南屯选煤厂为例进行仿真，得到了满足各种约束条件下的各产品的最佳产量。仿真结果说明了蚁群算法在选煤厂产品结构优化中应用的可行性。Abstract: Mathematical model of product structure optimization was established according to characteristics of process of coal preparation plant, and steps of optimizing the product structure by ant colony algorithm were given. Nantun Coal Preparation Plant was used for example to simulate, and the best yields of products under various constraints were obtained. The simulation results showed the feasibility of ant colony algorithm for product structure optimization of coal preparation plant.
