Improvement of Fuzzy Direct Torque Control System of Asynchronous Motor

摘要: 在传统的异步电动机直接转矩控制中,因开关管的工作频率限制,滞环控制器的滞环宽度不能设置太小,因而不可避免地产生较大转矩脉动。针对该问题,提出采用模糊控制器取代滞环比较器,依据同一电压空间矢量在不同磁链角范围对磁链和转矩的不同影响建立改进的模糊规则表,并采用最大隶属度平均法进行解模糊。Matlab/Simulink仿真结果表明,所提出的模糊控制方法可以得到较小的转矩脉动和较好的系统动态性能。Abstract: In conventional direct torque control of asynchronous motor, band width of hysteresis controller cannot be too small because of switch frequency limit of power transistors, which unavoidably brings larger ripple of torque. To solve the problem, the paper proposed to use an improved fuzzy controller to replace the conventional hysteresis controller, build a new fuzzy rule table according to different effects of the same voltage vector to flux and torque in different flux region, and use MOM method to achieve defuzzification. Matlab/Simulink simulation results showed that the fuzzy controller is superior to traditional hysteresis controller in decreasing ripple of torque and dynamic performance.
