Application of Fuzzy-immune PID Control in Seat Damping System of Mine-used Equipment

摘要: 针对现有矿用设备座椅减振系统因弹簧无法控制而导致减振效果不佳的问题,介绍了一种矿用设备座椅减振系统的组成及工作原理,重点阐述了模糊免疫PID控制在该系统中的应用方案。该系统以PLC为主控制器,通过气缸组件工作状态的变化调整气体弹簧的刚度,从而实现座椅减振;针对系统非线性、时变性、滞后性等特点,采用模糊免疫PID控制策略进行减振控制。仿真和应用结果表明,采用模糊免疫PID控制的矿用设备座椅减振系统鲁棒性高,驾驶员乘坐舒适性好,满足实际使用要求。Abstract: For the problem of adverse effect of existing seat damping system of mine-used equipment caused by uncontrolled spring, the paper introduced composition and working principle of a seat damping system of mine-used equipment and mainly introduced application scheme of fuzzy-immune PID control in the system. The system uses PLC as main controller and adjusts rigidity of gas spring by changing working status of cylinder component so as to realize seat damping. For characteristics of non-linearity, time-variety and time-delay,the system adopts fuzzy-immune PID control strategy. The simulation and practical application showed that the system has high robustness and good damping effect, which meets actual requirements.
