Design of Yield Stress Testing Device of Viscous Material

摘要: 为了研究搅拌时间对黏稠物料屈服应力的影响,介绍了一种以桨叶法为测试原理的黏稠物料屈服应力测试装置的设计方案,重点阐述了该装置的结构设计、电路设计、转子设计及测试过程。用该装置搅拌含固量为57.37%的煤泥,以8 r/min的转速搅拌240 min,所得最大屈服应力的最大引用误差为1.25%,最大相对误差为5.45%,重复精度≤3%。以8 r/min的转速搅拌含固量为60.89%的煤泥,得出结论:煤泥的屈服应力随搅拌时间先增大后逐渐减小,且存在明显峰值;在搅拌120 min后,煤泥屈服应力的变化速度减慢,并逐步趋于稳定。Abstract: In order to research influence of mixing time on yield stress of viscous material, the paper introduced a design scheme of yield stress testing device of viscous material based on vane spindle method and expounded design methods of structure, circuit and rotor and testing method of the device. When the device mixes coal slurry with amount of solid of 57.37% for 240 min at 8 r/min, the maximum fiducial error of the maximum yield stress is 1.25%, the maximum relative error is 5.45% and repeating precision is less than 3%. When the device mixes coal slurry with amount of solid of 60.89% at 8 r/min, the value of yield stress-time curve of the coal slurry increases first and then decreases with obvious peak, and variable speed of yield stress slows down and goes stable after 120 min.
