Design of a Power Supply Circuit with High Reliability for Mine-used Intrinsic Safety Type Apparatus

摘要: 提出了一种基于BUCK开关电源控制芯片LM22671的矿用本安型负载设备高可靠电源电路的设计方案,详细介绍了该电路中输入抗浪涌与本安化处理部分、软启动电路、本安型BUCK开关电源的硬件设计及工作原理,给出了电路中关键元器件参数的优化方法及实验数据。当BUCK开关电源的电感值不小于47 μH时,开关频率保持在500 kHz且不会出现频率交叉,纹波电压基本保持在10 mV且不会突然增大,开关电源关键负载点的测试效率均不低于80%,电源电路的最大短路电流、最大容性负载、最大感性负载均符合GB3836.4—2010的本安要求。该电源电路已通过火花试验和I级抗浪涌试验,证实该电路具有较高的可靠性。Abstract: The paper proposed a design scheme of a power supply circuit with high reliability based on BUCK switching power supply chip LM22671 for mine-used intrinsic safety type apparatus, introduced hardware designs and working principle of input surge immunity and intrinsically safe disposal part, soft start circuit and intrinsic safety type BUCK switching power supply circuit in details, and gave methods of optimizing parameters of key components and experimental data. The frequency of the BUCK switching power supply circuit keeps at 500 kHz with no cross frequency and ripple voltage maintains 10 mV simultaneously without sudden increase when the value of inductor is no less than 47 μH. The efficiency of the power supply circuit is no less than 80% at key load points. The maximum short circuit current, the maximum capacitance and the maximum inductance meet intrinsic safety requirements of GB3836.4-2010 with no exception. The power supply circuit has succeeded in intrinsic safety test and surge immunity test of grade I, which verified high reliability of the circuit.
