Improvement of Cutting Axle of MGTY400/930-3.3D Electrical Haulage Shearer and Its Applicatio

摘要: 针对MGTY400/930-3.3D电牵引采煤机在采煤过程中时常因割到较硬物体而损坏摇臂的问题,对采煤机进行了改进分析,指出最合适的方法是改进截割轴;提出一种截割轴的改进方案,即人为在截割轴上制造一处薄弱点,使滚筒割到硬物时损坏截割轴,以切断动力传递,并在轴心车一个螺孔,以便将断轴从电动机中取出。改进后的MGTY400/930-3.3D电牵引采煤机已在东滩煤矿某综采工作面得到应用,结果表明,该方案大大缩短了截割轴的更换时间,降低了摇臂损坏事故的发生率,提高了采煤机采煤的安全性。Abstract: In order to solve problem of damage of ranging arm of MGTY400/930-3.3D electrical haulage shearer in working process caused by something hard, the paper did improvement analysis of the shearer and pointed out the best method is improving cutting axle. Then it proposed an improvement scheme of cutting axle, namely making a man-made thin point in cutting axle for damage when the drum cuts something hard so as to cut driving power, and making a screw hole in axle center so as to take broken axle out of the motor. The improved shearer has been applied in a fully-mechanized working face of Dongtan Coal Mine. The application showed that the improvement scheme greatly shortens replacement time of cutting axle, decreases fault rate of damage of ranging arm, and improves security of shearer mining.
