摘要: 对浮选柱洗煤过程中如何利用由Ｍｏｔｏｒｏｌａ推出的ＭＰＸ系列Ｘ型横向压阻式硅压力传感器进行泡沫区及捕集区界面高度、密度等生产参数的测量问题进行了深入研究，得出了计算公式，并运用８０９８单片机实现了这些参数的动态测量，为今后的浮选柱自动控制系统创造了条件。Abstract: The measurements of the working parameters such as the heights and densities of foam zone and capture zone with Motorola’s MPX series pressure sensors were studied in this paper.The algorithm was derived,and 8098 single chip microprocessor was used to carry out the measurement of these parameters.This instrument is the foundation of the Column Flotation Automatic Control System.
