摘要: 给出了ＣＩＭＳ环境下的企业组织改革的含义，论述了企业进行组织改革的两种方法：企业组织重构法和全面质量管理法，比较了两种方法的优缺点，并给出了企业组织改革的评价准则及企业组织改革的实例。Abstract: In this paper the concept of enterprise organization reform in CIMS is given, two methods of enterprise organization reform are talked about, enterprise organization reengineering and total quality management, practice of enterprise organization reform is also given.
