摘要: 给出了质量责任制的含义，讨论了ＣＩＭＳ环境下质量责任制网络管理系统的构想，结合实例给出了系统设计的方法和实施的技术路线，最后探讨了其应用前景。Abstract: The author explains the implication of qualityrelated responsibility system and the conception of network management system based on qualityrelated responsibility system under CIMS environment. Through an example designing method and technical way for implementation are shown. The application prospect is discussed finally.
