Research of Position Detection Technology of Brushless DC Motor with Back-EMF Integration Method

摘要: 文章提出了一种无位置传感器无刷直流电动机的控制方案。该方案采用反电势积分法获取转子位置信号,对不同转速下反电势检测电路的相位偏移进行补偿控制,并通过升频升压法实现无刷直流电动机的外同步开环启动,从而实现了无刷直流电动机的无位置传感器控制。实验结果验证了该方案的正确性。Abstract: The paper put forward a control scheme of brushless DC motor with sensor-less.The scheme uses back-EMF integration method to obtain the signal of rotor position,compensates phase shift of the back-EMF detecting citcuit under different speed,and realizes synchronous starting in open-loop of brushless DC motor through increasing frequency and increasing voltage method,so as to realize the control of sensor-less of brushless DC motor.The experiment results showed that the scheme is correct.
