Abstract: In view of problems of single monitoring existed in traditional condition monitoring systems of coal mine main lifting equipment, the paper proposed a design scheme of dynamic monitoring system of lifting equipment. The system realizes real-time monitoring of dynamic tension of steel wire rope, broken wire monitoring of steel wire rope and on-line monitoring of distance shaft guide, which provides guarantee for safe operation of lifting equipment.
