摘要: 介绍了一种在脆性材料钻孔中使用的功率超声波发生器的设计方法，分析和研究了频率自动跟踪电路、驱动电路、功放电路及其完善的保护功能。Abstract: Here the design of power ultrasonic generator for use in rigid material boring is introduced along with the analysis and study in automatic tracking circuit of frequency,driving circuit,power amplifying circuit and complete protections.
