摘要: 介绍了煤矿气体变送器的标校原理和功能特点、自动标校装置的结构组成，详细阐述了自动标校装置中数据采集模块的软硬件设计。该数据采集模块解决了气体类变送器自动标校装置与多个具有相同I2C总线地址的变送器进行数据交换的问题，简单有效，成本低。Abstract: The paper introduced calibration principle and functions of coal mine gas sensor and composition of automatic calibration device of gas sensor. It described design of hardware and software of data collection module of the automatic calibration device. The module solves the problem of data exchange between the automatic calibration device and the gas sensors which have same address of I2C bus, and it is simple and efficient and has low cost.
